About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. You will be working with us on a Financial Outbound Campaign, where you will handle inquiries from US consumers about personal financing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling outbound inquiries from US consumers regarding personal financing.
  • Completing quick personal finance application forms efficiently and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicating with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
  • Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
  • Collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
  • Adhering to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of the US financial industry, especially related to consumer finance.
  • Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications, and how they impact financing decisions.
  • Familiarity with basic standards and practices of financing in the U.S.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card or personal finance.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including commissions. Our compensation structure includes a tiered commission system, with the potential to earn between $25,000 to $100,000 per month. In addition to your salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including:
