End User Helpdesk Agent

As a frontline support specialist, you will be responsible for providing user management and customer assistance. The role demands flexibility in resolving problems and confidence in delivering solutions to clients.

  • Process worklist requests within specified timeframes.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on account creations and maintenance.
  • Follow established guidelines for creating/updating client-supported product accounts.
  • Communicate with clients via email regarding issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate data entry/update in the CRM system.
  • Perform reporting tasks related to database performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for alerts and errors generated by supported products.
  • Verify quality control activities for user management tasks completed by other team members.
  • Assign site allocation for client-supported product users efficiently.
  • Elevate SLA-related issues promptly to the shared UM team lead.

Key qualifications for success include:

  • Familiarity with computer and internet usage.
  • Knowledge of ticketing and call management systems.
