Job Overview

This position requires a customer-centric professional who can efficiently provide solutions to customers, investigate issues, and communicate effectively with others in a patient and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process user management worklist requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provide timely updates on client-supported product account creations and maintenance activities
  • Communicate promptly with sponsors regarding issues and follow up on resolutions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Perform database performance reporting tasks to optimize system efficiency
  • Act as the root cause analysis ticket owner for alerts and errors, identifying and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Evaluate and escalate issues promptly to Shared User Management Team Leads
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in computer and internet applications
  • Experience with call/contact center ticketing tools and call management systems
Behavioral Requirements
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong ability to take initiative and make informed decisions
  • Organized, accurate, and able to multitask with minimal supervision
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience in user management roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
