Leasing Associate Role

As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective tenants through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants, including digital advertising and social media outreach.
Lease Administration & Documentation
  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance and uphold contractual obligations.
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with property managers, asset managers, and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Assist in planning and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies.
Administrative Support for Executive Leadership
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization.
