Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve production issues, service requests, and deliver change/enhancement requests of varying complexities in a timely manner.
  • Implement technical solutions to client requirements, adhering to agreed-upon technical designs.
  • Occasionally provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
  • Understand various company technologies to provide part or all detailed technical design meeting customer needs.
  • Lead small to medium-sized technical projects and collaborate with project managers and customer representatives.
  • Liaise with Solutions Architects as needed.
  • Provide technical support, input on technology application to defined business segments, and offer solution and integration advice.
  • Conduct oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on engagements.
  • Translate technical details into concise, easy-to-understand written form and create relevant components of proposal documents.
Mandatory Skills
  • Hold at least 3+ years of SAP Ariba experience with advanced knowledge in Ariba downstream processes.
  • Possess SAP Ariba implementation experience or support background.
  • Have expertise and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Work effectively in agile environments.
  • Be flexible to assigned work shifts, including Americas/NALA and ANZ shifts.
  • possess sufficient technical knowledge for individual responsibility in designing and scoping deliverables within a field of expertise.
  • Ability to lead small teams in delivery of specific deliverables.
  • Capable of resolving problems involving combinations and interactions of products.
  • Apply technology and consulting skills to solve client business problems.
  • Effectively communicate and present complex issues confidently, demonstrating consulting skills like questioning, listening, ideas development, rapport building, and influencing.
