**Oracle Financials Lead Consultant Role**

As a seasoned Oracle Financials professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and excellence through expert financial management. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Financials solutions.

This high-profile position involves serving as the primary functional expert and lead consultant for all initiatives concerning Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials within the organization. The successful candidate will ensure that financial systems align seamlessly with business strategies, regulatory requirements, and drive operational excellence across all financial processes.

We require someone with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials modules across both EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials platforms. You will lead the assessment of current financial processes and design optimized future-state processes leveraging Oracle's best practices and system capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide junior functional consultants and finance super-users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth workshops and interviews with Finance, Accounting, and other business stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive functional requirements for all financial processes.
  • Performing detailed gap analysis between business requirements and standard Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials functionalities, proposing robust solutions (configurations, extensions, integrations).
  • Developing detailed functional design documents, solution blueprints, and configuration workbooks.

You will also be responsible for leading the configuration of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory compliance. This includes configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting, and Tax Modules.

In addition, you will collaborate effectively with technical teams for RICEW objects and data migration strategies for both EBS and Fusion. Your expertise will be essential in testing and quality assurance, data migration and integration, training and support, and documentation and project management.

To be considered for this esteemed role, you must possess:

  • 7-15 years of experience in Oracle Financials consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials modules.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial processes and design optimized solutions.
  • Experience with data migration and integration.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.
