  • The Managed Services Business Leader for Southeast Asia defines marketing solutions and leads impactful engagements, supporting sales efforts by showcasing successes.

Client Impact

  • This role combines technology and creativity to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and improve marketing ROI.
  • Lead innovative marketing strategies through data-driven insights, emerging technologies, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate and optimize marketing technology stacks for insights and automation.
  • Manage complex client engagements across industries.
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients using technology and data.
  • Maintain senior client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to personalize and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Design AI-enhanced strategies aligned with business goals, using predictive analytics and machine learning.

All About You

  • BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in a large issuing bank in Asia Pacific or other payments markets; retailer experience a plus.
  • Proven performance in digital marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Comfortable managing remotely.
  • Well-versed with martech solutions.
  • Consultancy experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player capable of independent work.
  • Willing to travel approximately 50% post-COVID.
