Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as driving process improvements and cost savings.


About the Role
  • You will oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • You will develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with leadership and departmental teams to analyze financial impact, support strategic initiatives, and drive company growth.
  • You will provide actionable financial analyses and recommendations to leadership, aiding in major decisions such as capital investments, new initiatives, and resource allocations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage cash flow and financial planning to guide leadership decisions.
  2. Assist with annual budgeting process and track variances monthly.
  3. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  4. Implement new software tools to improve accuracy and process scalability.
  5. Develop automated processes for payroll, expense reporting, and tax filings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
