Job Overview

A seasoned finance professional is sought to lead our organization's financial operations. This individual will ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll, while implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations, coordinating with external auditors for annual audits and reviews.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams to develop skills and improve departmental efficiency.
  • Strategic Financial Support: Provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making, evaluating financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency, overseeing investments, banking relationships, and funding arrangements.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel is essential.
