We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical support and services to our clients. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals for user management, licensing, and security policies
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing protocols
  • Support and maintain Windows systems, including user accounts, remote access, and patching procedures
  • Provide tier 1-2 technical support and incident resolution
  • Document technical processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems, including setup, call flow, and SIP configuration
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills
