Visual Merchandising Creative Designer

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Creative Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing compelling in-store displays and marketing materials. This role plays a key part in elevating brand presence through creative visual strategies, supporting product sell-through, and ensuring cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or FMCG. They will be well-versed in visual merchandising, including product displays, planograms, window displays, and in-store dress-ups. Experience in designing store fixtures, animations or pop-up displays, and event setups is also required.

  • Visual Concept Development:
  1. Translate client or marketing briefs into compelling visual ideas.
  2. Create storyboards, mood boards, and concept presentations.
  • Graphic and Digital Design:
  1. Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, posters, brochures, banners, and email campaigns.
  2. Develop layouts for websites, landing pages, and mobile interfaces (UI/UX).
  • Brand Identity Design:
  1. Create or enhance brand identity elements (logos, color schemes, typography).
  2. Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Multimedia Production:
  1. Design assets for video content, motion graphics, and animations.
  2. Collaborate with video editors or animators if not handled directly.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
  1. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams.
  2. Present design ideas and get stakeholder buy-in.
  • Agency or Startup Versatility:
  1. Often wear multiple hats: from visual design to basic copywriting and light video editing.
  2. Adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
