Artistic Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports that align with our brand guidelines and corporate identity.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging visual content, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials.
• Design internal communication materials, presentations, and reports that meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the visual impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality control for all externally produced materials.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or corporate communications environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats.
• Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with preparing print-ready and digital assets, including knowledge of production processes and specifications.
