Loan Officer Assistant Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our mortgage support team in Pasig, PH.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented with 2-3 years of experience in mortgage brokerage or financial services. They should possess strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation (income statements, credit reports, bank statements, etc.)
  • Prepare and review loan applications for completeness before submission
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS) and CRM
  • Coordinate and follow up with appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers
  • Track loan file progress and ensure compliance requirements and deadlines are met
  • Draft and send communications to clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the Loan Officer
  • Assist with pipeline management, reporting, file status checks, and escalation of urgent issues
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining client records
