Senior Financial Analyst Job Summary

  • This role is critical to our organization's success, requiring a Senior Financial Analyst who will oversee the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.
  • The successful candidate will support the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
  • Must have stable employment history.
