Marketing Expert

This role involves leading digital marketing efforts: organic and paid. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and execute these efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all paid online advertisements.
  • Develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of internal and external online communication platforms.
  • Lead community management (internal and external) including responding to comments.
  • Manage social media tools.
  • Ensure amplification of internal Employee Brand (EB) efforts via organic and sponsored posts.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, primarily always-on campaigns, performance marketing, and SEM. They should also have expertise in digital marketing strategies and media planning.

  • Ability to apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Strong presentation skills with a growth mindset.
