About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team in improving health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data and resources they need to feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions.
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards).
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
