Operations & Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Data Analyst to join our team. As an Operations & Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured. You will work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.

You will classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility. Additionally, you will support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks. Your key responsibilities will include enforcing process and quality standards across teams and taking ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
