Financial Operations Specialist

The Financial Operations Specialist will provide essential support to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, delivering accurate and timely financial information. This role involves maintaining and updating financial records, collecting employee timesheets, and managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret financial data to inform decision-making and prepare reports as needed.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
- Maintain and update financial records, including journals and ledgers, to track receivable and payable accounts.
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets and calculate employee work hours.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Utilize quality monitoring data management systems to compile and track performance at the team and individual levels.
- Enter new employee data into the company's database and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to collect data necessary for performance management and improvement systems.
- Contribute to the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, stakeholders, and management.
- Monitor formats and quality standards, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries about compensation, benefits, and deductions, providing clear and concise information.
- Distribute payment statements and participate in meetings with top-level executives.
- Communicate and transact with various providers, sourcing new vendors to enhance and automate financial-related processes.
