Job Overview:

Acounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments in a timely manner, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process invoices and payments promptly
  • Reconcile accounts on a regular basis
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management review
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
