Strategic Business Intelligence Leader

As a key player in our organization, the Strategic Business Intelligence Leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional BI vision. This role bridges business strategy and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the SEAO cluster.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business intelligence principles, coupled with excellent leadership and collaboration skills. They will lead the development of impactful BI dashboards and reports, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure reporting aligns with industry best practices.

  • Lead the development of impactful, user-centric BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business questions and translate them into analytical deliverables.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with industry best practices in data storytelling, usability, and performance.

The Strategic Business Intelligence Leader will also oversee BI project timelines, manage stakeholder communication, and champion data integration efforts. They will collaborate with the Global BI Team to maintain and enhance the BI tabular cube infrastructure and support global initiatives on Spark-based data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–7 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field
  • Proven experience leading BI strategy or transformation project
  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including macros
  • Language Skills: English (Business Level)
