Job Title: Hiring Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global workforce across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee lifecycle processing and data management in an HRIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new hire transactions, job changes, and terminations for employees across supported regions.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Maintain process documentation and drive consistency across global operations.
  • Audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
