Main Responsibilities

  • Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents in both English and Mandarin.">
  • Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting between parties as needed.">
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding various issues and concerns.">
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule appointments and resolve issues.">
  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.">
  • Research and make informed decisions regarding suppliers, services, and equipment.">
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.">
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.">

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).">
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative professional.">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.">
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.">
