Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical workforce management professional to join our team.

This role provides vision and leadership in forecasting, scheduling, and analysis. The ideal candidate will support processes to maximize workflow while minimizing client dissatisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, capacity plans, and schedule plans.
  • Ensure timely and precise generation of forecasts, capacity plans, and schedules.
  • Offer recommendations to improve productivity while balancing service levels.
  • Provide consultation on staffing and volumes utilizing staffing models for new or adjusted forecasted assumptions.
  • Develop strategies for shift types, vacations, and other schedule exceptions that balance employee needs and client requirements.
  • Recommend roles and responsibilities to meet client measures and expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify hiring strategies and required tour groups for new programs and attrition replacements.
  • Implement new programs from a forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling perspective.
  • Support an environment that encourages coworkers to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure up-to-date reference materials.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • At least 2 years previous contact center WFM experience.
  • High proficiency with computers and excellent knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems.
  • Experience with WFM Tools; IEX, eWFM, CMS, Avaya, Geotel, etc.
  • Broad knowledge of inbound contact center environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a professional manner.
  • Superb listening, probing, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Ability to provide on-call support and work a flexible schedule.
