Lead Design Specialist

You will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be essential for customizing products and preparing files to meet precise customer and print production specifications.
- Create and optimize digital files for print and web output.
- Manage a library of design assets.
- Ensure precise color accuracy and perform pre-press checks.
- Execute layout adjustments and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet deadlines.
This role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
