Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled creative designer to contribute to the growth of our innovative startup in the dynamic market.

This role is ideal for a performance-oriented designer who thrives in high-impact environments and can operate efficiently.

  • Design high-converting visual content for Meta ad campaigns (static & motion).
  • Create standout graphics for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with growth and content teams to develop and test new ideas promptly.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in design, preferably in performance or growth environments.
  • A portfolio showcasing Meta ad visuals and social content targeting B2B audiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Bonus Considerations:

The following skills will be viewed as bonus points:

  • Motion design or animation experience.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to design for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Startup/scaleup experience, or expertise in creative agencies.
