Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to lead the design execution for our current platform, while also contributing to the future platform and AI-driven innovation. As a Senior UX Designer on our User Experience team, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Design Leadership to deliver high-quality, on-time UX and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX and visual design execution for roadmap features, including the AI Virtual Assistant.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to deliver high-quality, on-time designs aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
Required Skills:
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software, ideally within regulated industries.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craft.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Testers.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies and component libraries such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PrimeNG.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI-driven design innovation.
