Job Title:

Architecture Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: Sort, prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the manager.
  • Task Coordination: Open, track and manage tasks in a project management tool, ensuring timely completion.
  • Architectural Assistance: Assist in reviewing, organizing and managing CAD drawings.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain and update spreadsheets for project tracking.
  • USA Architecture Knowledge: Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks.
  • Client & Team Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards.
  • Fluent English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Excel and project management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
