Real Time Analyst Role

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Real Time Analyst.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining service level performance against planned AHT, Aux & Shrinkage and correlating with non-adherence at Consultant level.
  • Coordinating offline activities and ensuring EOD performance analysis reports are prepared accurately and submitted.

The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge of MS-Excel, call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary is also required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • At least two years of work experience as a Real Time Analyst.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
  • Good understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
