Global Network Monitoring Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Global Network Monitoring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability of global networks and systems.

  • Monitor network and system performance in real-time, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Track and log work progress in ticketing systems (Splunk, MS Teams, Salesforce).
  • Respond promptly to alerts and incident tickets, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Dispatch field engineers or technicians as needed, coordinating job activities and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate parts or equipment dispatch when required, communicating effectively with internal teams and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations preferred.
  • Experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup with a headset and company-issued laptop.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and escalate when needed.
