Shift Schedule: 7PM-5AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Wireless Network Engineer who can design, manage, and optimize wireless networks, ensuring reliable, high-performing, and secure connectivity across our environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues to keep everything running smoothly
  • Implement robust wireless security policies, including 802.1X, RBAC, and guest access
  • Use tools like Aruba Central for performance monitoring and analytics
  • Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and leadership to support strategic goals
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and share knowledge with operations teams

The role also requires a deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF principles, and network fundamentals like VLANs, QoS, routing, and switching.
