We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our clients' investment decisions. This role involves financial analysis, market research, and preparing strategic reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research on real estate databases for comparable data and analyze the findings.
  2. Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  3. Create detailed financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  4. Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  5. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  6. Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.

Requirements:

  1. Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  2. Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Familiarity with real estate terms and metrics.

This is a remote opportunity that offers a flexible work schedule and competitive compensation package.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
