Job Description">

The Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance Associate plays a pivotal role in assisting the Product Head in providing exceptional client coverage and expert transaction management of deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. ">
  2. Assisting the Product Head in originating project finance through meticulous preparation of marketing presentations, financial models, industry analysis, and company valuation">
  3. Drafting mandate letters/proposals to be presented to clients with precision and attention to detail">
  4. Collaborating with clients and counterparts from other investment houses to ensure seamless deal origination requirements are met before hand-off to the assigned Execution Team">
  5. Providing comprehensive support and coordination with the Execution Team and other members of the working team during the course of the deal">
  6. Presenting weekly local market reports focusing on relevant news or trends and outlook in equity, fixed income, or foreign exchange to the senior management team">

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accountancy, Management Engineering, Economics, Management Economics, Management, Finance, Mathematics">
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Banking, Structured Finance, Valuation, Financial Analysis, Loan Documentation">
  • Significant understanding of corporate finance principles">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications">
  • Good fundamental background in banking products">
