Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring high-quality service delivery.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of customer interactions, including calls, chats, and tickets, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize defined QA guidelines to assess performance and document findings accurately.
  • Maintain organized records of evaluated samples and trends.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to generate weekly summaries and analysis reports.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with internal teams to ensure consistency.
  • Escalate recurring issues or gaps identified through evaluations.
  • Support minor reporting tasks and data preparation as needed.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 6-12 months of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluation work.
  • Comfort working with structured scorecards and documentation guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic reporting tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to commit full-time to the project duration.
