We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team The key role of the Quality Assurance Specialist in our call center is to ensure that agents provide exceptional service, meeting organizational objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. By optimizing quality assurance processes, we aim to improve agent performance, customer service quality, and overall business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standards for inspection to ensure quality compliance.
  • Create and manage workflows for product inspection.
  • Develop plans to minimize waste and communicate solutions with team members.
  • Measure agent behavior against established expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor calls to assess agent performance.
  • Provide actionable feedback to agents, team leaders, and managers.
  • Identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement evaluation programs to assess quality metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
  • Prior experience in a call center or BPO industry is required.
