
Remote Claims Investigator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Remote Claims Investigator. This role involves investigating and resolving customer claims related to branded merchandise.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and investigating incoming customer claims, including but not limited to incorrect or missing imprints, damaged or defective products, late or misdelivered shipments, pricing discrepancies, or billing concerns.
Key Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and empathetically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with high attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
