The position of Civil and Structural Construction Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: The manager will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, and control. This includes ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Civil and Structural Aspects: The manager will be responsible for supervising contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and contributing to project reports and documentation.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: The manager will ensure that all contractors and workers adhere to safety and quality standards, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: The manager will work closely with the construction team to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for civil and structural work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses
  • Experience in construction project management with a focus on civil and structural work
