PROJECT-IN-CHARGE QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledgeable in FIT- OUT/Architectural Project

  • At least 2 to 5 years experience as Project- In-Charge in the construction company.

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering With PRC Civil Engr. License

  • We prefer applicant living in Las Pinas, Paranaque or Nearby Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Documentation:

    Assisting with the development of architectural designs, creating drawings (using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp), preparing construction documents, and researching materials and building codes.

  • Project Coordination:

    Collaborating with senior architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Site Visits:

    Conducting site visits to gather data, assess project progress, and ensure the project is built according to specifications.

  • Client Interaction:

    Participating in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.

  • Research and Analysis:

    Researching building codes, regulations, and materials, and analyzing project feasibility.

  • Project Management Support:

    Assisting with project scheduling, documentation, and communication.

  • Design Reviews:

    Contributing to design reviews, offering feedback, and ensuring design quality.

  • Staying Updated:

    Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), strong technical drawing skills, and understanding of building codes and regulations.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve design and construction issues.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage project documentation, maintain organized files, and meet deadlines.

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work as part of a team.

  • Creativity and Design Skills: Ability to contribute to design concepts and develop creative solutions.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in architecture is typically required.
