Requirements
  • At least 3 months of call center experience
  • Customer service and support skills
  • Interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • Computer literacy for handling customer inquiries
  • Customer satisfaction knowledge and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
