Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete training programs as per management and supervisor requirements, including daily work and activities.
  • Master company products and provide training for offline personnel.
  • Conduct weekly online and on-site alignment and training sessions with Beauty Ambassadors to boost sales.
  • Assist in preparing training courses, product operation manuals, and implementing training programs.
  • Write training summary reports, provide feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Respond promptly to internal team queries and provide support.
  • Follow up with sales staff to effectively answer and handle customer questions.
  • Collect and expand training channels and resources, and conduct field work as required.
  • Document and analyze sales improvements in accordance with conducted trainings.
  • Enforce trade secrets and confidentiality.
