Job Overview

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Finance team, working remotely and adhering to US Central Time hours. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in FP&A, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic financial planning initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Summarize complex financial results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop financial models, create 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
