Job Title: Emergency Response Support Agent
Overview:This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of those affected by disasters. As an emergency response support agent, you will provide critical assistance to customers during times of crisis.
Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and timely support to customers via phone or email
- Analyze customer requests and escalate issues to relevant teams as needed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of common disaster relief scenarios and solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Opportunity to work from home on a temporary basis
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate varying disaster response needs
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
