We are seeking a highly skilled direct response video editor to lead the production of high-converting AI videos.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in direct-response copywriting for short-form videos, and be proficient in professional video-editing software such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.

The selected individual will be responsible for producing 10 high-quality AI videos per day following preset scripts and styles, analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, applying direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts, managing their daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without frequent check-ins, quickly learning and mastering new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve, ensuring every video meets quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions, and maintaining clear communication with the founders and executive team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form videos
  • Experience with professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus
  • Strong conversational and written English skills
  • An autonomous operator who thrives without micromanagement
