Job Title: Executive Recruiter

The role of an Executive Recruiter involves partnering with the internal recruiting team to source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn. Experience working graveyard shifts or morning shifts is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a strong English communicator with a positive attitude, eager to make a significant impact in a growing company. They should enjoy the flexibility of remote work and the challenge of a rewarding role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the internal recruiting team to proactively source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.
  • Generating interest through creative strategies such as email blasts, LinkedIn mail, connection invites, job postings, etc.
  • Profiling talent through phone calls and emails, focusing on the unique demands of US recruitment.
  • Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of team members, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records, adhering to US recruitment standards.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support recruitment operations.

The successful candidate will be able to efficiently manage a strong candidate flow, emphasizing the importance of talent acquisition. They will also be able to create, edit, and post jobs on job boards with a focus on attracting US-based talent.
