About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market.

This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project recruitment methodology and be able to coordinate with project assistants to best utilize available options for maximum results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, testing, delivery of study invitations, exclusion lists management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage and control sampling for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment.
  • Develop sampling plans for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
