Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Training Officers
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and employees
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • Vocational Degree or at least 2 years in College
  • 4 years of experience in BPO or similar environment
  • Minimum of 2 years on a lead/supervisory capacity
  • Experience in conducting Leadership Training and/or Product Specific Training for at least 3 years
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Above average English oral and written communication skills
