Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Leader

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead and guide our clients in implementing cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging their expertise in Azure to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements
  • Lead architectural design sessions with clients
  • Coach and guide peers in implementation
  • Manage client expectations and cultivate a collaborative team culture
People Development

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in cloud infrastructure delivery.

You will serve as a coach in a player-coach model, supporting the upskilling of team members and fostering relationships between cloud infrastructure teams.

Delivery Support Activities

As a technical delivery expert, you will partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are aligned with client decisions.

You will have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and the delivery/execution of how they are implemented using IaC (Bicep or Terraform).

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive billable targets by assisting with breaking through project blockers
  • Facilitate change orders and project extensions when necessary
  • Align technical mesh points between practice areas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings
Business Development Leadership

Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings in various practice areas to position yourself in existing infrastructure engagements.

Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities and raise them up.

Lead and guide the infrastructure offerings committees that define and drive forward standard offerings for our practice.

Leveraging Factors That Help Grow Our Business

Reach trusted advisor status within multiple accounts, supporting the growth of existing customer accounts in a 'Land & Expand' approach.

Lead and guide multiple engagements that enable our infrastructure team to scale out.

Support teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating possible escalations before they happen.

Create reusable artifacts and content that enable our team members to bill their time to clients.
