Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center, you will play a vital role in creating services proposals and bids globally by partnering with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for collaborating with Solution architects and Services sales teams to understand project scope and opportunity, interacting effectively with customers to identify functional scope of the solution before the bid estimation process, creating high-quality services proposals to implement Infor solutions globally, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Solution architects and Services sales teams to understand project scope and opportunity.
  • Interact effectively with customers to identify functional scope of the solution before the bid estimation process.
  • Create high-quality services proposals to implement Infor solutions globally.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with proposal building.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ERP or industry-related experience.
