Senior HR Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. They will be responsible for implementing strategic plans to enhance the company's workforce and ensuring the effective execution of HR programs.

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to align with business objectives
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree or MBA with HR specialization (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner or strategic HR role
Technical Skills:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, talent analytics, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools, succession planning tools, and learning management systems (LMS)
