We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development and Admin Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow.

Job Details
  • Position: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 4 PM - 8 PM PST; Saturday 10 AM - 2 PM (if possible)
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication
  • Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships
  • Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information
  • Post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates
  • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system
Scope of Work
  • Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting
  • Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week)
  • No inbound call handling required
  • All work performed through client's CRM and systems
Minimum Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready)
  • Professional and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work independently and follow processes
