Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and optimization strategies for performance campaigns across all markets.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue and return on ad spend targets.
  • analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize ad creatives, keywords, and budgets in real-time.
  • Leverage Google Ads and Meta platforms to launch and optimize new campaigns, refine keyword strategies, and develop tailored ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with ecommerce and sales teams to drive continuous improvement and incremental growth.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable campaign attribution by troubleshooting and resolving tracking discrepancies.
About You:
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a senior marketer with significant hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta.
  • Proven track record of embodying ownership, humility, structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
